Medical

We are a CLIA certified full service Medical Lab, from sample collection and processing, to testing. We partner with many types of Practitioners, including Traditional Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, and more. We are a preferred provider for most insurance companies. All you need is your Doctor's Order! We will handle everything else for you.

Environmental

Our environmental services include in-house microbiology (Coliform/eColi) and 9 additional pages of testing we reference out to certified lab partners. Our prices include any lab fees, digest fees, and shipping costs. Email us for a quote today! We can test for your Drinking Water, Environmental Water/Soil, Storm Water, Waste Water, Real Estate, Vacation Rental, Rental, and Personal Water/Soil needs. We are ORELAP Certified (NELAP, EPA and DEQ Recognized), and hold our Quality Control at a high standard.

Drug

Find your one stop Drug Testing here! We can fulfill your employment (DOT and non-DOT), personal, and private needs. 

We offer in-house instant drug screens for non-DOT in a 5-Panel (eCup) or 10-Panel (mCup), and are a preferred eScreen123 Partner. Negative results are available by auto-fax or electronically within 10 minutes of testing. Confirmation Testing is completed by Alere, and includes MRO services.
DOT testing is lab-based through Alere. Negative results are available by auto-fax or electronically within 2-3 business days. Confirmation Testing is completed by Alere, and includes MRO services. 
In-house accounts are easy to set-up! Just email us for the form. . Results can be accessed electronically for 2 years, and are stored for 10 years by the eScreen123 system.
